Long Ago and Far Away....
...while reviewing some old slides my parents had, we found this one, taken at the Munich Octoberfest in the fall of 1959. That's my mother--probably just prior to her 40th birthday. Fashionable for the late 1950's and also for the retro-tastes of today. In those days, she made all her own clothes and did a great job of it! She was pretty, as the man on the left seems to notice.
