I found myself reflected in the cover glass of this wonderful Apple-themed sampler; a typical vision of Hubsy. He looks more like his own Father very day.

The Business End of Windy Hill Orchard...

A newer, more stylish servicing area, manned by cheerful and smiling young people. It was fun; a great destination on a summer Saturday Southern afternoon. A shaded pavilion sheltered the cider samplers from sun and rain drops. The cider and other apple products were delicious.

We Sampled a "flight" of Hard Cider at Windy Hill Orchard in York, SC...

Such a 19th Century household staple; to think I had never really tasted hard cider before.
