A Grass Spider...
...a big one. Somewhere in the northwest quadrant of the photo. They are another of the funnel weavers, so they just sit tight and wait for meals to crawl across their web. Then, BAM! So they don't harm humans and mainly they are on outdoor variety. They are well camouflaged in their intended habitat.
