Mid-June in the Flower Bed and Garden
...we are full of greens, such as mustard, chinese cabbage, collard and spinach. Not to mention lots of lettuces and mixed greens. I just put a little left-over meat in a pot, sweat the greens with a little broth and eat. Or add more broth and whatever seasons we feel like and it's soup. We're about to have goodness knows how many pounds of snap peas.
